Self-contained systems means no running long lines to the roof or exterior of the building for a remote system, everything is in one place. 

Our systems also come pre-charged with refrigerant, so no spending time charging a new system. 

New quick connects for the refrigeration and electrical lines.  Simply securely connect the ends together and you are ready to start chilling or freezing.

Your oven, Our chiller - The large doorway and interior capacity allows for you to use any current oven cart in the AP20-XL.  Use whatever cart you have and it will roll right into our chiller, no more matching oven to chiller.

Large capacity in a small footprint.  200 lbs. of porduct chilled in <90 min. and freeze 120 lbs. in <120 min., all in a self-contained compact high performance package.
